Martin Lanigan:   Furniture designer, maker and teacher.

Martin gained a B.Tech.hons. Degree in Woodwork and Technical Drawing at University of Limerick in 1991.  He has taught woodwork, furniture making and drawing at many levels including people with disabilities, second level students and p.l.c. students (ncva).

Josephine Lanigan:   Accountant technician, special needs teacher and furniture enthusiast.

Team:    Martin and Josephine set up their furniture studio after they got married in 1994 and have been developing it ever since.  Martin enjoys the full process of designing and creating one-off pieces to commission and limited edition furniture.  Josephine works on the marketing front, administration and also balances the accounts.

Enthusiasts:    Martin and Josephine not only design and create fine furniture, they also hold exhibitions, enter competitions, experiment with new techniques, write articles for magazines and so on. They enjoy the pursuit of excellence in all areas of their business..
